Customers may only return blasters that arrive broken or defective.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your blaster arrives broken.
If you contact us after 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a replacement — no returns will be accepted.
We do not offer money refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to your return. This fee helps cover the costs of processing your return and ensuring the product is in resalable condition.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your blaster must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all parts, tags, and original packaging intact.
Any gel blaster that has been disassembled or tampered with voids its warranty.
Proof of purchase is required.

If you purchased a blaster as part of our Buy 2 Get 1 JM-X2 Free Deal and choose to return one or more items from that order, your return will disqualify you from the free JM-X2 blaster. The cost of the JM-X2 blaster will be deducted from your store credit, as your order will no longer meet the requirements for the promotion.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Â
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
