Shipping Locations & Delivery Times
We have two different warehouse locations to better serve you:

Express Shipping (4-5 Days After Shipping)
- For items stocked in our local warehouse, we offer express shipping.
- After your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 4-5 business days.
- These items are typically shipped via trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Shipping (15-20 Days After Shipping)
- Some of our products are shipped from our international warehouse.
- These items have a longer shipping time, and you can expect delivery within 15-20 business days after the item is dispatched.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the item and warehouse location.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your package.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items from both warehouses, you may receive multiple packages with different shipping timelines. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided upon shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations, but please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which the item is shipped.
Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or carrier issues. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delays.
